Founded by elite cyclists Lisa Bone and Chloe Bishop, our coaching philosophy is built around something simple: becoming a better cyclist shouldn’t feel overwhelming. We’ve both been through the uncertainty of starting out, made the mistakes, learned the lessons, and discovered what truly works. Our goal is to give you the knowledge, guidance and support we wish we had when we first clipped into a bike.

We specialise in road, gravel, mountain biking and endurance racing, helping athletes of all levels build confidence, consistency and sustainable progress. Whether you’re training for your first 50km ride or chasing podium finishes, every athlete receives a personalised training plan tailored to their goals, experience level, lifestyle and available training time.

We believe great coaching is about more than watts, heart rates and training plans. It’s about having someone in your corner who understands the challenges of balancing training with work, family and life, while still helping you unlock your potential.

Our mission is to make cycling more accessible, more enjoyable and more successful for every athlete we work with. Through personalised coaching, regular communication and a supportive community, we’ll help you train smarter, avoid common mistakes and build the confidence to achieve goals you may not yet think are possible.

Meet Chloe!

Chloé combines a degree in Sport Science and a BSc in Kinderkinetics with a passion for helping athletes reach their potential. Originally an ultra-endurance trail runner, a serious knee injury forced her to start over as a cyclist, giving her firsthand experience of what it takes to learn a new sport, overcome setbacks and rebuild confidence. Today, she competes in mountain biking and endurance cycling and uses that experience to help athletes train smarter, stay healthy and achieve their goals. Chloé believes in personalised coaching, athlete education and creating training plans that fit around the realities of work, family and everyday life. Whether you’re preparing for your first cycling event or chasing ambitious racing goals, Chloé is passionate about providing the guidance and support she wishes she had when starting her own cycling journey.

Meet Lisa!

Lisa Bone is a qualified physiotherapist, certified cycling coach, and semi-professional cyclist based in South Africa. She offers a personalised, evidence-based coaching approach grounded in her expertise in physiology, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention. With a healthcare background, Lisa is well-equipped to coach athletes of all ages and abilities, focusing on both performance and long-term well-being through structured, sustainable training. She also competes at the top level nationally, with results including victory at the Cape Town Cycle Tour and 2nd place finishes at the 2026 South African Road and Gravel Championships- experience that underpins her practical coaching insight.
